Resonate is built exclusively on Atlassian Forge, so it runs entirely inside the Atlassian Cloud trust boundary. Your flow metrics don't cost you your data security.
Zero data egress
We don't want your ticket data, and we don't extract it. Resonate does not transmit, replicate, or store your Jira issue contents, workflows, or user information on any third-party servers.

100% Atlassian hosted
All app logic executes directly on Atlassian's secure serverless runtime.
Native KV storage
Configuration settings and computed cycle-time percentiles are stored exclusively in Atlassian's native Forge Key-Value storage.
No external databases
Leading Signal maintains no external databases or AWS instances holding your instance data.
Privacy & compliance
Because Resonate is a native Forge app, it inherits the compliance and security posture of the Atlassian Cloud platform itself.
In-transit encryption
All API calls between Resonate and your Jira instance occur inside Atlassian's infrastructure.
Least-privilege scopes
Resonate requests only the read permissions required to calculate cycle times and WIP limits, and to verify your admin access to configuration screens — no write access to issue descriptions, comments, or source code.
