Leading Signal ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you install and use the Resonate app via the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Data collection & storage

Resonate is built exclusively on Atlassian Forge. We do not extract, transmit, or store your Jira data on external servers. All data processing occurs within the Atlassian Cloud trust boundary.

Configuration data

Board configurations and settings are stored natively within your Jira instance using Atlassian Forge Key-Value (KV) storage.

Jira issue data

Resonate reads issue statuses, changelogs, and transitions to compute cycle times and work-in-progress (WIP) metrics. This data is processed at runtime and is never egressed to Leading Signal or any third party.

2. Personal data

We do not collect, store, or process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from your Jira instance. The app does not track individual user activity outside the scope of Jira ticket transitions required for cycle time metrics.

3. Third-party services

Because Resonate operates entirely within Atlassian Forge, we do not share your data with external analytics providers, marketing networks, or third-party databases.
