Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resonate application ("the App"), provided by Leading Signal. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and access
The App is licensed, not sold. Leading Signal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in connection with your Atlassian Jira instance, subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
2. App infrastructure
The App is hosted on Atlassian's Forge infrastructure. Leading Signal is not responsible for uptime, outages, or data loss caused by Atlassian Cloud infrastructure failures.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leading Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
4. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
